What is a client portal and what can you do?

A Client Portal is a secure online website that gives you access to your health record at PCBH anytime and anywhere you have an internet or data connection.

The Client Portal should not be used for emergency-related issues. If you have an emergency or other urgent matter, contact your provider by telephone, call 911, or proceed to the nearest emergency room.


Use the portal to:

  • View or update your personal information
  • View upcoming appointments
  • Complete and sign forms
  • View and pay bills
  • View visit summaries
  • View medications and more to come!
